Ingredients

2Mission Original 0% Preservatives wraps
1handful chopped red cabbage
1/2carrot
parsley
1/3celery
1/4apple
1tbsp sunflower seeds
100mltbsp pine nuts
1tbsp raisins
1tsp fresh ginger
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt
pepper
1tsp honey
1tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the red cabbage, carrot, and celery into small pieces. Chop the parsley. Cut the apples into quarters, remove the core, and slice the apple.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Add some nuts, sunflower seeds, and raisins. Mix it all together.
  3. In a separate bowl, prepare the dressing. Peel and grate the ginger, add the honey, lemon juice, and oil.
  4. Pour the dressing on the chopped vegetables and apple. Mix together.
  5. Place the salad on the wrap. Wrap it up and place on a plate.
