Grilled Zucchini
You don't have to be a grill master to make crispy zucchini chips in the blink of an eye. Grab a grill pan and make this delicious and healthy snack!
Ingredients
1 | zucchini |
2 | tbsp olive oil |
salt | |
pepper |
Instructions
- Cut the zucchini ends off and cut the zucchini into thin slices.
- Place on a plate, drizzle with olive oil, season with freshly ground pepper and salt.
- Place the grill pan under the grill. Place the zucchini rounds in the pan. Grill them on both sides.
- Transfer the grilled zucchini to a plate. Use in one of the Mission Wraps recipes.
